Patricia Funegra

Two decades of experience in social impact, entrepreneurship, and fundraising. Demonstrated history of fundraising showcased prominently through previous nonprofit endeavors during her tenure as Founder and CEO of a regional workforce and entrepreneurship development organization in Washington DC. A recognized trajectory driving impactful ventures and fostering positive change. Harvard Business School and Oxford Said School of Business alum.

Governance and Compliance Officer

Thomas Brunner

Former Partner, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer of LeapFrog Investments, an impact investment fund manager with $2.5B AUM. Adviser to other impact fund managers. He also spent over 30 years in private law practice in Washington, DC. Mr. Brunner will work closely with the Moon Dancer team on fund governance, regulation, compliance and investor relations.

Pol Thielen

Pol is the Founding Partner at Emerald Peak Impact Private Equity (“Emerald Peak”). 18+ years experience in private equity, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate risk management, and advising private equity funds, management companies, and general and limited partners. At Emerald Peak Pol leads negotiations and deal structuring for the funds and manages Emerald Peak’s day-to-day operations.
